Join pastry instructors from Just 4 You Treats bakery, to learn the basics of cake decorating. In this class you’ll learn how to level, cut, fill and frost a pre-made vanilla cake. Then, learn how to make butter cream, fill a piping bag, use a coupler, and exchange tips. Decorating techniques will focus on rosettes, shell border, dots and handwriting. We’ll conclude with a decorating station for you to use your new-found piping skills to decorate your own patriotic themed cake and take it home with you!
